- Complex Integration: The project required the integration of multiple DLL (Dynamic Link Library) files utilized by the existing plug-in program.
OUR SOLUTIONS
To overcome this challenge, we developed a plug-in program with a comprehensive scope of work:
- Development of Desktop Card Issuance Plug-in Program: We developed a new plug-in program specifically designed to support desktop card issuance. This involved creating a robust and adaptable software solution that could handle the client's unique requirements.
- Development of Desktop Card Issuance Plug-in Program: We identified the card types and mapped the data to the underlying card structure for the specific model to ensure compatibility and functionality.
- Enhanced Card Libraries: We utilized enhanced card libraries to write data, ensuring secure and efficient data handling.
- Solid Support: TEHK added smartcard and provided continued support for 2-3 months to accommodate the client's evolving requirements.
RESULTS
The client expressed high satisfaction with the final plug-in program, which they began using in late 2024. The program delivered high security and efficiency, meeting all the client's requirements and enhancing their operational capabilities.
