CHALLENGES
The client required a custom system to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage traffic surveys across various transportation modes, and ensure compliance with Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS). The project also necessitated to integrate diverse functionalities, including warehouse management, multi-media support, and secure document handling, while maintaining robust security and compliance.
OUR SOLUTIONS
We introduced a comprehensive mobile and web-based application designed to:
- Streamline survey contracts, coordinate subcontractor tasks, and allocate staff and engineers.
- Facilitate traffic surveys across various modes of transportation including bicycles, ferries, inter-island Kaitos, taxi stands, buses, and minibuses.
- Manage warehouse operations specifically tailored for bicycle storage.
- Support robust multi-media capabilities, allowing for the inclusion of images, videos, documents, and geolocation tagging for file management.
- Integrate seamlessly with Geographical Information Systems (GIS) for enhanced mapping and data analysis.
- Provide advanced document management capabilities, complete with anti-virus scanning integration for secure file handling.
RESULTS
